Shipping Policy for Ícaro

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, delivery takes between 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery location. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.

Damaged Packages:

  • Ícaro is responsible for any packages that arrive damaged. If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at info@icarolamps.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within the first 7 days after you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@icarolamps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@icarolamps.com.
